Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

My Apple Music isn’t letting me log in through EE, because I “have no recognised membership” but it’s in my contract for 6 months.

Move rang EE and they have tried everything possible from refreshing my phone (from there side) to deleting and re installing the app.

They suggested it may be a problem with apple

I would contact Apple Support and explain your problem, filling out and sending them this form:
