Can't login to Itunes and and appstore?

My question is the same as this question, If I submit my user and pass correctly, After a few seconds without having to happen return to the first state. When I submit them Incorrectly it prompts an error. The problem starts after updating using iTunes on Mac. Is there any help or hint except reset iPhone to factory setting?

I'm afraid that If I reset my phone, and the problem persists, the phone became out of order.
