Notification Center on Mojave

So I see these notifications popping up from a website and I think 'oh jesus, how did I mistakenly approve that' (modern computing). But way worse: there seems to be no way to turn them off anymore. If I click on the icon in the bottom corner, it takes me to the Notification Center in Preferences, but the name of the website is not one of the apps. In the thread I found searching google, there was a separate section after apps that showed websites. That's not there anymore. So no way to turn it off. The documentation you can get by clicking the ? does not contain it either. Seriously, this is from a company known for its design?
