Why am I always getting this message after I sign into my iMac, "some account services will not be available until you sign in again" ? I have to enter my password again.

iMac 21.5", 10.14

If the account services is with iCloud, you should sign out, and then, sign back into your iCloud account on your iMac. If you have already done so, see if you can successfully log into Manage your Apple ID with the ID that you are using on your iMac.
