Deletes photos not going into recently deleted
When I delete a photo it is deleted immediately instead of going into recently deleted. How do I fix this?

This can happen if you are using iCloud Photo Library that is completely full. If that is what is happening to you, you need to either reduce your iCloud storage use or increase your iCloud storage capacity (rent more).
