iPhone X bottom of screen not responding

Today by mistake I left my iPhone X in the sun, it was there for about 30 minutes and so when I got it back it had the message of overheat. After it cooled down I turned it on but the bottom half of the screen did not respond, only the top half responded. Because of these I can not swipe up to unlock it.

Things I've tried:

• turn it off and back on
• tried using the volume up, volume down and side bottom procedure to reset the unresponsive screen
• restored the iPhone using DFU mode

For a moment the bottom screen did respond but not well enough to unlock it. Afterwards I tried resetting again the phone only for the bottom part stop responding again.

Any ideas?
