iTunes crashed!

What is iTunes crash logs?

i don't understand what happen suddenly it crashed & created a folder and a dump file on my desktop. what do i do now ?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities! I understand your iTunes crashed. I'm happy to help. Let's make sure your iTunes is updated to the latest version: Update to the latest version of iTunes

Completely close iTunes, restart your computer and test your iTunes app again.

If iTunes continue to crash, remove and reinstall the iTunes app: Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later
