All app notifications disappear as soon as opening specific apps

Hiya,

when clicking on notifications, for example YouTube, the one I clicked on disappears, the other YouTube notifications are still there. Same with Twitter and co.

When I click on an Instagram notification, I get to the new story, photo or message, but all other Instagram notifications disappear.

Now I don't know which of the hundreds accounts I follow have a new story or photo up.

These push notifications should only disappear when clicked on them or deleted.

Other apps work though. Anyone having the same issue?
