I don't receive notifications from apps

I stopped receiving notifications from some apps. They started working after I uninstalled and reinstalled apps, but I don't want to do that every time. And now notifications from the standard messaging application do not come, it cannot be deleted. I only see a red circle with the number of posts, but there is no banner at the top of the screen. Focusing is not enabled, settings have not been changed. How to solve this problem? It is very important.

Change message notifications on iPhone

Go to Settings > Notifications > Messages.
Choose options, including the following: Turn Allow Notifications on or off. Set the position and locations of message notifications. Choose the alert sound for message notifications. Choose when message previews should appear.
