I cannot clear my Safari Data, it's still 4,86 Gb even I have pressed "Clear history and website data."

I'm using an Iphone 7. I suppose I've uploaded something and now safari app weight too much.

in Settings, Safari go to Advanced at bottom .

Tap on Website data

Top of list is biggest

Drag left and try to delete
