Touch ID and Passcode button is hidden from the setting app.

As my mom bought a new phone for her and old one for me i.e iPhone 6 .she setup a passcode earlier but now we have to remove the passcode on my iPhone which is setup earlier but Touch ID and Passcode option is removed from settings app.As per condition we have to turn off passcode as early as possible Thank you
