If my iphone is charged how do I stop it from continuining to charge

I got the apple iphone charging case and my phone is completely charged but I dont know how to make the case stop charging it now that it is complete.

That icon does not mean that it is charging. It means that it is connected to external power.

There is no requirement to do anything. Apple devices, and most devices with lithium based batteries stop charging when the battery reaches 100%.

But there is always the charging icon over the battery even at 100%. I have this same issue. It seems my case is draining of power very quickly
