My charging case wasn’t charging my phone

I bought a charging case where u stick the phone in the case and it charges and it’s not charging my phone

Phone charging Why isn’t my phone charging. i plugged my charger in to a different Apple device and it said it was charging it. But if I plug it In on my phone it doesn’t charge I cleaned the plug and everything and it’s still not charging.

Who made the case, If it's not Apple, then contact the company that made the case.
