Safari mobile sites not working now that I downloaded this update ?
Since downloading 12.1.3 update, my safari app will not work on certain websites. It will not allow me to sign in and just reloads the same password page.

Try a forced restart.
Try double clicking the Home button and swipe Safari upwards. Go to Settings/Safari and clear History and Website Data. Open Safari and test.
