Crave TV help

I can’t fastforwad or rewind on Crave TV through my Apple TV. Those functions work perfectly on Netflix. Can anyone offer me help for that? I have an older Apple TV, not a second generation.

Crave TV requires Apple TV (3rd generation or later), according to their website. Which model do you have? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

The app for Apple TV (4th generation or later) (A1625 or A1842) would be different from Apple TV (3rd generation) (A1427 or A1469), making the distinction significant.

It works on Netflix via your Apple TV? If so, then it's not the Apple TV, it's the CraveTV app.
