How do I make an iphone's mail app use TLS 1.2?

I ran a TLS-Deprecation-Report on my Office 365 account and see several iphones still using TLS 1.0 and 1.2.

TLS1.0/1.1 Apple-iPhone8C1/1603.101

TLS1.0/1.1 Apple-iPhone9C2/1502.150
