i'm trying to find out what the version numbers of specific installed apps on my ipadpro are. I'm running iOS10. 10.34 I think (yeah, prehistoric I know but I need certain apps that don't run in iOS11...so until I find replacements, I'm not updating.
Anyway, how do I find out the version number of an installed app?

I checked a couple of apps on my iPhone and was able to find the version number. But it may required digging through the app. Look in the settings area of the app and search all of the various choices. If there is an "About" area that is the most likely place to find the version number.
I don't believe you can find the app version on an App on your device. If you know an app isn't compatible with iOS 11 or higher, you can either never update, or just find replacement apps before you update, but you can't determine the app version you have.
Some developers make it very simple to find a version number (e.g. awesome note, in settings, info, or WeekCal where it’s just there at the bottom of the settings panel). But others either make it impossible or don’t include one.
