Hey when iOS 12 released ( including the beta versions) it seems that the “turn off all alarms “ “disable all my alarms” commands are not working. You are always getting a message from Siri: “ disable all alarms.......- oh oh I’ve got some problems here “ or “ is something wrong “ etc etc etc
its already released the version 12.1.3 lately but this didn’t fix the problem.

Probably you didn’t understand. This is happening only if you ask it to disable all alarms ! Not just a specific alarm. But all alarms. So if you ask your Siri to disable all alarms this is not working anymore. Just try! Enable 2-3 alarms and try to disable all together.

Did you try later? Also if you not set any alarms they can’t be cancelled.
