Hi,
I have a iphone 5s and had a software update problem then suddenly it turned off and can't open it with even resetting it pressing power button and home button.
Then trying to restore it on itunes, it gives me the error message 4013.
Also tried using different USB cables and Dr.Fone. It still didn't work.
Please help me guys.
