iPhone 6s battery health after replacement program

i have a 3.5 years old iPhone 6s. I went for battery replacement program when the battery health was 79% last September. After replacement just in 4 months the battery health shows 92%. The new replaced battery doesn’t seem to be good. The capacity is going down at the rate of 2% per month.
