Where is a certified apple in Romania? I have an IPHONE SE with international warranty and I want to send it to an authorized APPLE service!

iPhones do not and have never had an international warranty. The warranty is only valid in the country where the device was originally sold. The EU is considered a single country for warranty and service purposes.

You will have to take it to the country where it was originally sold.

No such thing as international Warranty for iPhones. Warranty is only valid in the country of purchase.
