MacBook Air 13" 2018 Fan Nearly Always Running
Even in cool places the fan is always running. Is this common? Had a previous MacBook Air that did not have this issue.

Try resetting your MacBook Air's SMC. If it continues to appear to be having an issue with the fan, then I would suggest that you make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look.
