I have a Apple Watch (1st generation) and I want to upgrade to the latest WatchOS. I want to be able to use the latest watch faces like breathe, fire, and water. My current WatchOS is 4.3.2. What do I need to do to upgrade?

That's because it IS up to date. Your watch can not run anything higher.
Simply you cannot update. It too old.
I tried to upgrade from the Apple Watch app and it says that My software is up to date.
