I was just on the phone with Apple technical support (consumer side). We reset my iphone a few times and then did a full erase all data and restore from itunes (~3.2GB download, core load type) and fully reset the phone. My company has a Remote Management that automatically configures the phone and that is blocking the "Move Data from Android" option. This was confirmed by consumer solutions and also enterprise solutions Apple Technical support.

Moral of story, if it is a work phone or the next page says "Remote Management", you may not be able to transfer. I have an email to my company's mobile services. Will post if there is any help or a different outcome.

I'm already aware of that, but if the OP does not want to erase his phone and start-over, then he can transfer data manually, again, hence my link to the article, which I offered as an option.

While you set up your new iOS device, look for the Apps & Data screen. Then tap Move Data from Android. (If you already finished setup, you need to  erase your iOS device and start over. If you don't want to erase, just transfer your content manually.)
