iPad .docx "OfficeImportErrorDomain error 912"

Dear community support,

I got an iPad mini 3 device (with version 12.1.1 ios), and a Microsoft Outlook (v 3.8.1) application installed on it.

The Outlook opens email .doc attachments, but some of the .docx extension can not be opened with the following error: "The operation failed (OfficeImportErrorDomain error 912.) (null) error message.

Could you please help us to resolve the problem?

I was running a third party extension with my Apple Mail app. I went to the vendor site, and they had a blog post acknowledging that the error message as a problem caused by their extension, and they had a fix. So, if you see the error, and you run extensions, go check out your extension provider in case they have a solution!

Problems with Mail in iOS Monterey [MacBook Pro Intel] My Mail program no longer functions since updating to Monterey, and it wasn't too healthy before that. It crashes every time I try to use it. I have switched to Outlook, which has its own issues. Any suggestions on the cause, or what I can do to re-load Mail?
