Microsoft Outlook

Has anyone had issues with Outlook attachment preview since Monterey? My IT person has been useless since I am the only one on an iMac.

Mail Attachments won't open – hang in "downloading" Hello, I'm no longer able to download some attachments in Mail. The file says its "downloading..." (see image below), but I can't actually download or save it. I've tried forwarding the message to another account (Gmail) but there's no attachment to open. I've tried Rebuild but there's nothing that says rebuilding is going on in the background (is it?). This inability to download doesn't happen all the time. Someone sent me a jpg from their iPhone and couldn't open it (sent to my hotmail account). Likewise with this pdf (below) - no dice. But I was able to download a Word document sent from within the same (gmail) account. So it doesn't seem to be a hotmail/gmail issue. Any thoughts on what else I can try? I have a MacBook Pro mid 2012, using High Sierra

Attachments are still loading error message MacOS Ventura 13.1 I am getting this message anytime I try and respond to an email on my new MacBookAir. "This message contains attachments that are still being loaded. Please wait for the attachments to complete and then try again." It does not give me this error when I reply on my phone, strictly on my laptop. For the life of me I can't figure this out...anyone know of a solution to this and why this is happening? Thanks!

Adobe Reader pdf icon not shown in email attachments After updating to macOS Ventura, Adobe Reader pdf icon disappeared in Email attachment's. Instead a little white icon is shown. This also happens with pdf files downloaded with Safari. In Finder the icons are shown correctly. I use Outlook as email program. I tried if the same happens with Apple Email app, and yes its the same. Anyone has the same problem? Any solution? I don't know if its a Ventura problem, or a Adobe Reader problem.
