When i click on phone it says—Microphone Permissions In iPhone settings tap messenger and turn on Microphone

Head to Privacy & Content under Screen Time in Settings and check if it's allowed to use mic for Facebook.
Yeah I deleted both messenger and Facebook, Twice. I’ve tried going through ever setting possible. When i try and click microphone I can’t toggle the button. It’s kinda faded.

It means that you declined access to a microphone for the Messenger app.
Change it in the settings, or reinstall the app and allow permissions.
