cant get on my email on my iphone 5c I know password is right have entered it at least 30 times and it just keeps asking says servor error. can get on on my laptop

Sorry I tried this but cant get on. I'm a senior and this is to complicated.
You won't be able to use your iCloud account with Outlook.
I can't get on my outlook mail account keeps asking for my appled ID I put it in and it doesn't accept it keeps asking. Not saying its wrong just keeps asking about 30 times says servor error
