It's a really bad idea to post your email address - it's an invitation to spam - and I've asked the Hosts to remove it.
Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click 'See all products and services', then 'Apple ID', then 'Disabled Apple ID'.
If you have any problems with that try this form: https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html and select 'Account Security' from the first pop-up menu.
