Chrome notification sound does not work

Chrome does not play the notification sound, it only shows the banner or the alert.

System Preferences > Sound > Sound Effects > Play user interface sound effects is selected.

System Preferences > Notifications > Google Chrome > Play sound for notifications is selected.

"Play sound for notifications" is checked in notifications: "Play user interface sound effects" is chosen in Sound: Sound is ON on my Mac I tried the suggestion to another user (about a year ago) to turn off "Play sound for notifications" and turn back in again. No change.

Notification sounds or system sounds bugs safari sounds So, a few weeks ago whenever I have a mac notification sound( like from icalendar or email) or just a sound itself ( for example that error sound that you get when you accidentally were typing in your keyboard) if I was watching a video on youtube or on any other website on safari, the sound of that video stops and the video is fast forward to the end. I really don´t know what is making this error but is very annoying. I hope that someone can help me. I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports)
