Carrier update

Im using idea network. I updated my phone 6s to ios 12.1.3 but i don’t get carrier updates it is still 35.0 . Idea customer service is not giving any clear explanation for this. So what should I do now??

Have you checked if there's an update?

To do so, head to Settings > General > About.

If an update is available, it will show up there.
