I have the series 4 Apple Watch and it does this thing where when I go to send messages, it sends as text messages when I didn’t even program it to do that nor am I sending text messages on my phone.

This is my issue. My iMessages are obviously turned on because my messages are being sent from my phone to another iPhone and the message bubbles are blue but on my watch, it comes out as text messages.
