How to organize local files in iPhone 7

Question

How to organize local files? I see just these two folders, I want to add that mostly I used local files which needs no network.

Files App in App Store has many features for organising your drives

• Press the Files icon in the Dock or Home screen to quickly open a file from anywhere in iOS.

• Use tags to organise files stored with different cloud providers and across different apps.

• Pin your favourite folders in Browse view for quick access to the ones you use most.

• Drag and drop to select files and organise them into folders.

Thanks a world for your attention

I only see the above two folder, I want to create separate folder in my iPhone for example for project date, Engineering, Formats etc.

Now how to create folder here?
