Screen time
How come I can’t share anything with my family it just gives me a blank screen when I click on screen time under family sharing it just opens but to a blank screen, it also doesn’t let me share photos or apps or music

Did you correctly set up Family Sharing? Are you the organizer?
Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support
When done, you should be able to manage everything via family sharing and/or via screentime
