Hi Petertxu, I had the same problem and fixed it. Kids were not showing up in Screen Time and iCloud Family Sharing Screen Time showed an empty page.

Before iOS 12 my wife did not want to approve our kids requests for each and every game/app, so I switched off 'Parent/guardian' for her.

As a final resort before calling Apple Support I turned this switch back on in iOS 12 for my wife. All of a sudden the three kids show up on my iPhone in the Screen Time and iCloud Family Sharing page. And I can manage their screen time from my iPhone (instead of only their iPads).

I hope you have the same parent/guardian glitch and this solution will help you. Kind regards.

Thanks Stokstaartje!

Glad to get a suggestion on how to solve this issue. Thank you very much.

The situation with my family is that I'm the only parent with my three kids.

When I look at Family Sharing, I show up as Organizer, but I can't see if I'm 'Parent/Guardian'?

When I open Screen Time on (for example) my son's iPhone it says:"You are not sharing your screen time information with any family members" but it doesn't say how to solve this?

Do you have any additional suggestions?

Again, thank you very much for your support!

Best

Peter
