I bought a Movie, then by mistake I erase from my apple tv main screen,
I went to my I tunes click on Account, then click over family purchases, and the movie is not there,
then I went to account, view my account , click over Purchase History , and the order or movie is there, but i just can not re-download from there , any suggestions to recover my purchase.
Apple website just keep me round and round and no solution.
