I can't delete my apps baches I can't find how to turn off the restrictions I have set with the older software.

The only way to remove the Restrictions/Screen Time passcode if you have forgotten it is to erase your device using one of the two methods outlined here:


If you see the Connect to iTunes, or you forgot your passcode, or your device is disabled - Apple Support


If you do not have a backup from before you set the Restrictions passcode, you will have to set up the device manually.
