Restriction part is not in general anymore

how can i delete apps if the phone dont have restrictio part anymore? i need to change it

Where’d the restriction option go? Before I updated to iOS 12.1 I had restrictions so no one could delete apps from my phone. Now I want to delete apps and can not find where to go to do this.

On iOS 12 it's moved to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions
