Thanks for bringing this to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you aren't sure how to use GamePigeon to play with your friends over iMessage.
You would need to select the game and send it to them. They'd need to have GamePigeon installed in their Messages app to accept the game and play. If you have further questions on GamePigeon, you can contact the developer here: GamePigeon App.
