Access denied Sonos and Apple Music ondemand content streaming-

the last week I’ve been getting An access denied message when trying to play Apple Music on demand content on my sonos system. I’ve contacted sonos and they say it’s a change on apple’s end. This is frustrating. Both teams should be working together on a quick solution. And while I’m sharing frustrations, the Apple Music experience on sonos isn’t great. Apple you need to get it together! I have friends with Spotify and they user experience on sonos is much better! As you try to grow you service revenue base... you should probably focus on the user experience on all devices not just the Apple ecosystem.

I've not been having any trouble. Two things you can try if you haven't already:

  1. Remove the Apple Music item and then reselect it and log back in. This solved a weird problem I had this summer
  2. Sonos seems to have a few generic error messages and when there's a network problem the error message you get can be most unhelpful. With that in mind, you can create a diagnostic report: https://support.sonos.com/s/article/141?language=en_US follow the instructions. Within 24 hours usually you'll get a response and some suggestions if they see something noteworthy
