Is there still a setting for changing YCbCr to RGB?

Seems like there used to be a HDMI Output setting under “Video & Audio” where the user could choose between YCbCr or RGB High or RGB Low on Apple TV. On my iOS 12 4kTV there is no HDMI Output setting & I can’t find a way to change that setting. Is YCbCr now the only option?

I have reviewed this further. I find that when I’m in “Video and Audio” and choose either Dolby Vision or HDR, there isn’t an HDMI Output setting available, but when I select one of the SDR options like 4K SDR, the HDMI Output setting becomes available and I can choose either YCBCR or RGB high or low.

Then, when I then use 4K SDR setting, enable Match Range & watch a Dolby Vision movie on Netflix, it shows on Dolby Vision as it should.

But when I then go back to Audio Video settings, it’s reverted to YCBCR and the HDMI Output setting is gone.

So am I correct in assuming that when I’m viewing HDR10 or DV, it’s always outputting in YCBCR and enabling RGB in an SDR setting has no effect on HDR?

4K 60 Hz HDR (10 bit or 12 bit) RGB would have the same bandwidth as 4K 60 Hz HDR (10 bit or 12 bit) 4:4:4 YCbCr, which would exceed the bandwidth limits of HDMI 2.0. (Reducing to 30 Hz would keep it within limits for 12 bit.)

You would also gain nothing from the conversion. Your TV/monitor/projector can activate RGB pixels from an YCbCr signal just as good as an uplink device would in conversion.
