Mac Mail cannot connect to Bluehost server when on Wifi

Yesterday afternoon all of my email on all my (7) apple products quit connecting to Bluehost server, basically at once. I didn't change any settings anywhere and yet they all failed. I can access Webmail and change passwords in the cPanel, but I continue to get "unable to verify account or password". This is with all 3 email addresses on my account. I know for absolute certain that I am using the correct login credentials, as I've changed, updated, cut and pasted about 100 times to be sure it's not user error. I've just discovered that I CAN access the accounts while using my iphone on Data, with Wifi turned off. Any ideas of why my Wifi and Bluehost aren't playing well together?

So now I'm on a scavenger hunt. Bluehost says I've configured my Mac Mail incorrectly, saying:

"After reviewing the account we ensured the email is working by successfully sending and receiving with a test account in Webmail. This means the issues you are experiencing are specifically with the settings of your email client. Please review the settings below to verify that your account is correctly set up."

Then sent me the "correct" settings. Nevermind that this disconnect happened on ALL of my Apple device on the same afternoon, without any settings changes.

My ISP, Spectrum, says it's a known issue with Apple Mail.

Apple said I needed to upgrade to 10.14.3

I can get my email with existing login credentials when tethered to my iphone Data. But the second I switch to my Wifi, the connections fail. Not sure where to go from here.

I am currently having this same exact issue. It works on my iPhone when I’m using my phone’s data but not when I’m using my WiFi. I too use Bluehost, Apple devices and Spectrum is my ISP. I talked at length with each of them. Bluehost said it was Apple’s fault. Apple said it was my ISP/my network’s fault. Spectrum said it was Bluehost’s fault. 🤷🏽‍♂️
