Videos posting to instagram from snapchat are blurry why ? This annoying kindly advise

This seems to be Instagram and Snapchat specific issue. Contact the App developer for resolution.

You need to go to the developer website to ask. If you take a video or photo before posting are they blurry?

No there perfectly clear as soon as i post them they get blurry & pixie ish

That would there is nothing wrong with your phone which is excellent news! But the apps themselves. So you, sorry need to contact them
