does ssd under high sierra os have a recovery partition?

I upgraded my old MacBook Pro with a SSD and selected the APFS format. My MBP is limited to High Sierra so that is its OS. I used Time Machine to update the new SSD. Will the SSD have a Recovery Partition?

I used Carbon Copy Cloner (CCC) when I upgraded my 2012 MBP to SSD last year. In cloning the HD to the SSD, the application asked me if I wanted to create a recovery partition and I said yes. So I have one. I am not sure if using Time Machine will give that option.
