why do i hear a narrator on films i am watching on my ipad

why do i hear a narrator on films i am watching on my ipad. everything happening is narrated to me. This happens on some shows not all which is confusing. I have Voice Over switched off. It's narration.

You have audio descriptions set to play. Not all movies and shows have this feature, which explains why it only occurs with certain ones.

As far as I can see my Audio descriptions are turned off both on the iphone and the ipad. I will have to wait for another film to start narrating, but then it is annoying to have to adjust settings whe the film has started. I thought it was my AppleTV but it is the same direct from the ipad. Thank you anyway and I will try in the moment and come back to you.
