I have been watching an Amazon prime video show called "Acceptable Risk." In episode 6 there is an audio narration ( audio description ) which I would like to turn off. I checked Audio Description on my Apple TV 4th generation and found that it was set to off yet I am still getting the narrative on that particular episode. What am I missing ?

I have exactly the same problem on an Amazon Fire TV, I went through all the settings but I can’t turn it off! It’s very frustrating! It must be the program as I tried a different video and there voice/narrative was gone.
Same with me. Watched 5 episodes with no problem but episode 6 has audio detection.
