My MacBook Air Won’t Factory Reset

Hey Everyone,

I recently ran into an issue yesterday with my Macbook. I’ll try and sign into my account and it will load to the very end and get stuck. It will stay like this for an hour, and never log in.

i decided to try and factory reset my MacBook, however when I click delete it will get stuck on this screen. It has been like this for over 2 hours.

I just want to know if there’s anyway I can factory reset it. I need to do some school work, and I can’t even use it right now or factory reset it to start over. Thanks!
