Printing address book onto 3.3/4 x 6.3/4 pages
Used to use Palm Desktop for organizing,sorting and printing onto my 6 hole daytimer pages. Is there any compatible software available today?
Do you really want to print pages to insert into your DayTimer? Kind of a pain anymore -- what about using something like Calendar and Contacts on your Mac. But your profile doesn't show what Mac you have, so can you tell us more about your setup (what Mac and what version of macOS does it have). Perhaps a co-worker or friend has already solved this issue and you could get them to show you how they did it?
Calendar is great at creating reminders and you can incorporate the contents of your Contacts. There is also a program called Reminders that might help also.
Try reading up on how to do this on a Mac -- google is your friend.
