Roman Numerals in Pages iOS

I am formatting my book for publication on my iPad Pro (2018) 11 inch. I am trying to format the beginning section to have descending Roman numerals, while the chapters will start with traditional numbering.

I see plenty of help on how to do this in pages for Mac, but I have recently gone all-in with my iPad Pro as my only device. Can anyone help me figure out this confusing page numbering set up on the iOS version of pages?
