"404 - Not Found" on tv and will not come off

Exactly what the title says. Everything is working fine on my Apple TV. I have internet, I can watch Hulu, Netflix, HBO Go, etc. I can do EVERYTHING like always. HOWEVER...in the top left corner of my tv, it reads in very large black lettering "404 - Not Found". Its there on the menu screen, while watching Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO Go, etc and it doesn't seem to be going away anytime soon. I've restarted my wifi/internet, restarted the Apple TV from the "settings" menu, I've unplugged the unit, and now have completed reset my apple tv......its still there. Any help would be great
